Order Policy

We are a home based business so it's important that you know that we are very concerned about the service we provide you with. We do all that we can to accommodate any needs that are possible. We try to give personal service to everyone and value each of you.  If you contact us we try to respond within 24 hours unless it's a holiday or weekend! Here are some of our ordering policies for you to be aware of:


TIME FRAME:

If you are placing an order for cutters that are in stock we try to ship within 1-3 days.  However, during busy times, like holidays, it may take longer to get your order ready for shipping.  We just ask that if you ever have a time-sensitive need please contact us right away and let us know!  We do offer rush charges if you need us to push you ahead and get you out right away. If your order has a pre-order cookie cutter in it, then we will need about 2-3 weeks for this shape to be formed.  Again, if you have any special time constraints, please let us know.

 

WHAT "IN STOCK" MEANS:

An "In Stock" cookie cutter means that the cutter is formed or mostly formed and ready to be finished.  Once your order is placed, Eric then takes your cutter and fastens and finishes it (he takes care to be sure they lay flat and the hem lap is very tight.  These extra steps take some time but we feel this is truly what sets us apart and allows us to offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee and give you a cutter that will last a lifetime. No cutter leaves this shop without this thorough inspection.

 

CONTACTING US:

We do not publish our phone number; due to privacy issues.  This is our home and we are busy family. We frequently check our emails and do the best to respond quickly. If you need us to call you please let us know and we will do so when we are available to talk. 

 

PAYMENT:

We take credit cards or checks and money orders! We currently use Paypal to process all of our credit card orders.  You do not need a Paypal account to check out and pay with a credit card, you may use a regular credit card.  We do not have your own credit machine and are unable to take any orders over the phone or internet.  Please DO NOT give us your credit card information through an email.  If you would like you may choose to pay by check or money order by sending to the below address.  Your order will be processed once your check has arrived and cleared our account, so please allow for this time.  We will contact you by email once your check is received so you know it arrived safely.
