We ship our orders using USPS. We have found this method to be the most economical option for us, allowing us to offer the lowest possible rates.
We ship to almost anywhere in the world.
International shipping is charged separately once your order is filled and ready to go. For information on our International policies please see below.
International Shipping Policy:
When you go to check out and pay for your order you will be charged a handling fee based on your order total; see the above US shipping rates, these are your handling fees, which is waived if your order is over $99. This is NOT the final shipping cost! Once your order is processed and ready for shipping we will send you an email invoice with your actual shipping charges. We charge actual shipping costs that USPS charges us. If you would like a quote for shipping before you place your order, please email us with a list of your order items (shapes, quantity and sizes) and we will email you a quote. Please do not ask us to claim on the customs forms that package is a "gift" or "samples" as this could get us into trouble and our ability to ship Internationally could be terminated. Thank you for understanding. We strive to offer the best International rates anywhere, so please contact us if you have any questions!
LIFETIME Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a LIFETIME satisfaction guarantee on materials and workmanship. Your cutter should function perfectly and keep it's shape under normal use conditions for as long as you own it; If you experience a problem due to materials or workmanship, please contact us and we will repair or replace your cookie cutter. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and we will pay for the return shipping for USA orders (currently we cannot guarantee free returns for international orders).
Returns & Exchanges:
All returns (excluding custom orders) will be refunded as a store credit. To receive full credit, orders must be returned to us new in unopened packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
For exchanges, we will gladly exchange your cutter for another shape or size upon receipt of your returned items in new, unopened condition. You will be responsible for shipping the cutters to us and we will ship the exchanges.
