This Canal House set is absolutely gorgeous!! Eric is a true artist and perfectionist. He has created a set that is as exquisite to look at as it is to work with. Each piece is beautifully crafted and perfectly balanced which makes baking my cookies such a pleasure. This little family business has the best copper cutters on the market and the sweetest, most impeccable customer service.

This set is beautifully crafted. I was thrilled with the quality of the cookie cutters which made the most beautiful gingerbread gifts. I received great customer service, and even a hand written note with my order. I will definitely order more in the future from them.
