serve you better. We are excited about having a new place to work with room to grow. We encountered several unforseen obstacles with our move, but we are getting
close to shipping orders again.

Trouble with Ordering
If you experience any trouble with checkout on our website, please
select PAY BY CHECK as the payment method in order to process
your order. We will send you an email invoice for the total amount
of your order that you can pay with a credit card. If you are still
unable to get an order to process, please email us with the specific
items listed or send us a screen shot of the shopping cart so we can
send you an email invoice for it. This must be done during the
promotion period.
Website Details and Contacting Us
We will not be able to respond to calls or emails while we are
moving, although please do leave us an email regarding any
concerns or issues you have, and we will get to it as soon as we are able.
We are also in the process of creating a new website. We don’t
have a date yet, but we do hope to have it up and running soon.
We expect the new website to provide you with a better experience
and to eliminate the bugs and frustrating checkout problems that
you have been dealing with for the past few years.
Moving Details
We are relocating from North Carolina to Michigan. We have been
looking for a suitable new location for about 3 years now, and due
to our family size and business needs it has become very difficult
to function efficiently where we currently are. We are very excited
about this move and are thrilled to know that this will finally allow
us to run our business in a way that will help us to keep a larger
inventory of cutters and ship our orders in a more timely fashion.

transition and we anticipate being able to serve you much more
efficiently once we are settled in.
